This two BR place is right in the historic center of Bologna with everything walkable and lots of services (restaurants, barbershop, grocery stores, print shops, coffee shops, etc.) right nearby.
Francesca could not have been nicer: she went above and beyond with great advice on a health care issue, a quick response on some repair or "how to" problems, and even kept our luggage for several weeks when we traveled! The air conditioning was great, the TV worked great, and the bed was good. Keep in mind that the second BR has bunk beds.

Francesca's apartment met all our expectations: beautiful, spacious, clean, equipped with every necessity (air conditioning, sheets, towels, dishes, glasses). The location is in the center, a stone's throw from the port, near the restaurant "Da Luciano". The view from the terrace with garden is fantastic.
What to say Great solution :)

The house is large, new and very comfortable. The highlight is definitely the garden with spectacular sea views. Very central location, close to the panoramic town square and to restaurants and pizzerias.
Francesca then was very kind, super helpful and friendly. She met us on our every request. Beautiful stay, highly recommend!
